Mental Health Survey for People with Lupus

Mental Health Survey for People with Lupus

Invitation to Participate in a Survey

We invite you to participate in a brief survey focusing on mental health in individuals with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). By sharing your experiences, you help us understand mental health challenges faced by people with lupus across Canada and help us improve future care.

If you choose to participate, you will be asked to complete an online questionnaire that will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. The questions will ask about your experiences with accessing mental health services for patients with SLE and any challenges you may have faced. Your responses will be confidential and anonymous, and only the research team will have access to them. All information will be collected online through an anonymous web-based survey tool known as RedCap, which is supported through EPICORE (Epidemiology Coordinating and Research Centre) at the University of Alberta, REB ID Pro00132241.

Simply click below to access the secure online survey. You will be brought to the detailed study information and consent page at which point you can choose to participate or not. Your responses are confidential. No one will see your responses other than the study team and these are anonymous. Thank you for your help.
